With over 35 years experience in the fitness industry, Kristen has worked with thousands of individuals - each having their own specific fitness goals or health concerns. She has an advanced degree in Exercise Science (BS, MS), plus a Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine, among other advanced certifications.
Combining her extensive client experience, educational background, plus her own "real life" fitness journey, Kristen takes a unique approach to exercise prescription and fitness training that you cannot find in most personal trainers you encounter.
