It will provide you motivation, answer your fitness-related questions, and help refine the direction of your exercise program based upon your goals. If you are searching for a personalized workout with specific exercises, you will need to sign up for either "Individualized Exercise Prescription" or "Concierge Fitness/Wellness".
Sometimes we all need some extra guidance and motivation. We have been personal training clients for over 35 years and are here to help with workouts! Whether it's short-term to get a jump start, long-term to help you achieve specific goals, or you just need someone to keep you on track in-between your hectic schedule, we can work with you on a regular basis. Exercise training can be done virtually, in your gym or our exercise studio. In-person training is located on Long Island, NY. Areas served include Nassau County, Northeast Queens and Northwest Suffolk County.
