Your coaching will include weekly mini-sessions to map out your weekly goals, figure out a specific workout plan, and get motivated to navigate the holday season in the most healthy way you can. We work together to create the best weekly plan for workouts, nutrition, and stress management.
Coaching is virtual.

Weekly sessions: 30 minutes
